My academic background combines business, strategy and design. I studied Business and Economics at WU Vienna, specializing in Behavioral Economics, and spent a semester at Seoul National University before completing a Master’s in Business Design at Domus Academy in Milan. This foundation continues to shape how I work today — bringing together creative and strategic thinking with a global perspective.
Alongside client work, Florian pursues his own artistic practice,
drawing life and love in lines, and sharing his works with a global community of over 300.000 art lovers and collectors.

I spent several years at Red Bull’s global headquarters in Austria, first as a Digital Product Manager and later as Global UX & Design Lead. I led cross-functional teams and agency partners, translating global business and user needs into digital products — from research and strategy to innovation, UX and product design.

As a freelance Design Strategist, I connected research, strategy, and design to challenge existing assumptions and shape a new vision for the investing experience.
Peng Peng Booch
Taking a passion project from idea to execution. As co-founder and creative lead of Peng Peng Booch, I built the brand from scratch with two co-founders — starting in a home kitchen and growing into a product served at some of Austria’s leading fine-dining restaurants.

I joined Neoh as a freelance Design Strategist, leading the redesign of the e-commerce experience from strategy through execution.
